Identifying Problems & Finding Solutions
We were approached by WebPT to find solutions on new documentation features. The work behind these features looked simple but the impact that was demonstrated by users was powerful. We had meetings with their product and design team to analyze and create user stories based on pain points we determined from user interviews. In the beginning we didn’t know how complex the user experience was. Due to the complexity we had to make a large board where all of our ideas were placed and discussed prior design execution.

Creating a seamless and realistic demo that represent how the features work is very important because it is the final decision on what features require more work. When we use high definition demos to run tests by users we want to make sure there is a clear interaction that shows pain points across features before they are released.
